Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days*, starting from the date of receipt of the package, to return your products.


HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

  • It is possible to send an explicit declaration of the decision to withdraw to Francesca Pasqaile, to the e-mail address francesca.pasquale@live.it, requesting
  • At the end of the procedure, a confirmation email will be sent containing the return form to be inserted in the box and instructions for returning the product.
  • Place the completed return form in the box together with the product(s) to be returned. The products must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. in perfect condition, complete with all their elements, unused, with the original packaging and any attached manuals, labels and tags still attached to the product. .
  • Prepare the box by sticking the sheet with the address of our warehouse on the outside.

The return of the items must take place without undue delay and, in any case, within 14 days from the day on which the request for withdrawal was made. The deadline is met if the goods have been shipped before the 14-day period has expired. For safety, always keep the shipping receipt.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

In the case of Return for Withdrawal , the shipping costs for returning the products are charged to the end customer. The return will be under the responsibility of the end customer until the box is delivered to our warehouse.

The right of withdrawal is excluded in the cases described by article 59 of the Italian legislative decree n. 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and in particular in the case of supply of sealed goods which do not lend themselves to being returned for hygienic reasons or connected to the protection of health and which have been opened after delivery. In order for the return for withdrawal to be authorized for products that meet these requirements, with particular reference to cosmetic products, they must therefore be returned intact, i.e. not used or even opened.

DAMAGED PRODUCT:

In the event of a return for an incorrect, damaged or defective product , the shipping costs are at our expense. In addition to the value of the products purchased, the amount relating to the logistical costs incurred for the delivery of the order will be reimbursed, in the event that the returned product is the only one present in the order. Furthermore, the transport costs for the return will not be charged.

REIMBURSEMENT

The return will be handled within 14 working days from the date of delivery to our warehouse. Timings may vary due to transport delays in the event of holidays or force majeure, however, we want to reassure you that we will always continue to strive to limit these changes as much as possible. We reserve the right to refund the item only after having carried out the appropriate quality checks or to verify, in the event that the product was returned as a defect, the effective non-conformity declared by the end customer. All payments made for the returned items will be reimbursed, including delivery costs if the buyer decides to use the courier proposed by the Seller, it being understood that we will charge you for any decrease in the value of the asset, in which case you will be reimbursed only the residual value of the product. The reimbursement takes approximately 14 days from the check of the item. Refunds will be made using the same payment instrument used for the purchase (credit card or Paypal Express or Apple pay).

LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY

In the event of defects and/or non-compliance, you will be entitled to have the product restored to conformity, by repair or replacement, or alternative remedies in the cases expressly provided for by Legislative Decree n. 206/2005 (Consumer Code).

If you have received a damaged, non-compliant, defective or incorrect product, you can request the item to be repaired or replaced or refunded. Pursuant to and by effect of the European Directive 771/2019/EC and the Consumer Code, the products you have purchased are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity, which covers the lack of conformity of the products for a maximum period of 24 (twenty-four) months from the relative delivery, it being understood that your action aimed at asserting the aforementioned lack of conformity is prescribed in any case within the term of twenty-six months from the relative delivery.

To request a refund, follow the instructions indicated in the previous paragraph - "Return Request" - indicating as a specific reason "Product damaged, non-compliant or incorrectly sent" and attaching one or more images of the item in question, in which it is clearly visible the defect.

Once the procedure has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email containing the return form and all the instructions for proceeding with the shipment.

The authorization to return the product will in no way constitute acknowledgment of non-conformity, the existence of which must be ascertained by us after the return.

We reserve the right to proceed with the refund of the defective item only after having carried out the appropriate quality controls, to verify the effective non-conformity of the returned product.
In the event that the non-conformity of the product is ascertained, we will issue the refund with the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, prepaid card, PayPal, etc.).
